It is a tremendous facility to be proud of, not just as a resident of Penhold but as an Albertan. It hosts events for hockey, concerts, and now pickleball that bring in people from all over. When they were designing they included the ability to branch onto the high school. The kids now benefit from the access and amenities. I believe the Multiplex and school were big catalysts in the growth of the community. It (The Penhold Multiplex) added to the existing list of facilities such as Lincoln Rec Centre, Memorial Hall, Penhold Community Church, and the Senior's Drop-In Centre as a destination for the community to come together.”
